I like this as it does make your hair curl, but it also makes my hair a bit more messy with the wind tunnel type action. It works on hair that hasn't been washed for at least 1 full day or more. If I literally wash and dry my hair, then try to use this, it just makes it messy and not very curly. I have thick frizzy/wavy hair and I only wash my hair once a week because of it. So if you have hair like me, wait a day or two after washing and drying before using this curler.

I have short hair, so curling my hair isn’t really an issue. But getting that curl to stay all day long, that’s my problem. I was pretty skeptical when I first bought the automatic hair curler. I honestly didn’t think it was going to work as well as it did. But to my surprise it actually worked. My hair kept its curl, with no hair product mine you. I was really shocked.

It works amazing, so easy to use. Heats up to 410 within seconds. I'm in love with the curls it makes, it's an amazing little machine and the curls stay! Such a life saver. I would recommend to anyone that wants gorgeous curls, I couldn't bother using a regular curling iron ever again. This Chi saves time and frustration. Also, you can't burn yourself or your counter!!

This is amazing! I feel like I have tried everything with my hair to get these loose curls. I have tried the barrel iron, the wand, the straightener and another form or straightener/curler, nothing worked for me, I couldn’t get the twist, the stretch and/or the coordination down. Cue the CHI Spin ‘n Curl and OMG! The bouncy curls I have wanted for so long! Where has this been all my life?
