RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 35 days of receipt. After 30 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If within the 35-day return period, please contact the customer service team at service@kalorik.com or call us at 888-Kalorik to initiate a return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Follow return information which is shipped with each package. Send all returns to the address indicated on your packing slip/invoice. We suggest you ship returns to Team International Group of America, Inc. DBA Kalorik via a GROUND method that can be tracked (FedEx Ground).
RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you as to whether your refund has been approved or rejected.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refundsTo confirm if you have received your refund, first check your bank account. If you do not see it there, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you have done the above and still have not received your refund yet, please email service@kalorik.com or call us at 888-Kalorik.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs under the manufacturers 1-year warranty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may use the carrier of your choice.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
